So Happy

Blinds for bedrooms and main area When I moved into my new condo I immediately realized that I needed blinds for my 7 x 8 ft bedroom windows and even larger main room windows. Having read an advertisement in the paper for Kingsway Carpets and Blinds I went to the showroom for a visit. Upon entering I was completely overwhelmed with their selection and variety. The woman I worked with, Maria, was brillant and above everything else had a great deal of patience, knowledge and expertise. We talked for awhile about what I was looking for and my budget. She was such a pleasure to work with and always had another or a different product to offer until I was happy. About 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered my blinds (room darkening silhouettes in the bedrooms and verticals in the main area) they were installed by the company. I never expected the difference the blinds would make in the condo. Simply put, they are not only elegant but beautiful. My experience with Maria and her team was so easy and pleasureable. I would highly recommend Kingsway Carpets & Blinds to everyone.

Easy project!

Carpeting Went to Kingsway Carpets & Blinds and Maria gave me some great advice on choosing the right carpet for my space. I then visited some big box stores to price check...but was leery because I had heard horror stories about their installation services. In the end, Kingsway's quality for the price was unmatched by any other store. Measurement, time to order, and installation all went exactly as promised. I am so thrilled with how everything turned out!

Window coverings for most of home after renovation The entire process was smooth. When we first went to the store, Maria spent a lot of time explaining the product and helping us choose colours and fabrics without ever pushing us. George was careful and exact measuring. Fabulous window coverings

window coverings throughout the condo This company stands behind their product. After our verticals had been installed we noticed that one of the tracks was sticking . When we called the company they came out immediately with the head of the manufacturing company. The gentleman from the manufacturing company was gracious and without hesitation insisted that all the tracking be replaced. We were left with such a feeling of confidence in this company.

Custom Shutters and Blinds, Wall to Wall Carpet This company provided excellent sales advice as Maria took great care to explain my options, the pro's and con's and price of each product. Repair to the valance Our Elite Vienna blinds needed repair and a neighbour recommended Kingsway Carpet. I took the problem to them and Maria attended to me straight away. The repair was done quickly and wasn't costly at all.

Just what everyone promised it would be!

“I came upon HomeStars by accident while 'surfing' for window covering retailers and after reading all of these great reviews I thought Kingways were worth checking out. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! I just moved into a new condo and working with George was such a pleasure amidst all the chaos of the move! The price was reasonable for the quality and the specialized items I requested. George showed up when he said he would, told me that all the custom shutters would be installed within 2-3 weeks and 13 days from the date he measured I had fully installed, beautiful shutters in 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room!! It seems these days you have to beg for a retailer to deliver on time and offer good service... but Kingsway provided a great product and exceptional service the whole way - and George was always friendly, informative and happy to help! Kingsway Carpets and Blinds are the Best!

“This is the second time I have used Kingsway Carpets and Blinds and I can't say enough about how honest and reliable they are. George was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice on the type of blinds that were appropriate for my project. I believe that Kingsway's prices are extremely competitive. However, even if their prices had been a bit more expensive than another company (which was not the case), I would still have gone with Kingsway because their added value is great customer service. In my opinion, their priority is to ensure that their customers are 100% satisfied, even if it costs Kingsway a few extra dollars of profit to do it. For example, when one of the blinds that I ordered ended up being a centimeter too short (I believe this was the manufacturer's mistake), they immediately ordered a replacement and came back to install it once it arrived. I did not even notice it until the installer pointed it out and promised that it would be replaced. This is just one of many examples I could cite to show that Kingsway Carpets and Blinds cares about its customers. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs blinds for their home. Although I have not used them for carpets, I will definitely call them when it is time to replace the carpeting on my second floor.”

Maria was very helpful and patient explaining variety do Hunter Douglas products and features even after repeated visits to the store and especially when selecting colours. George spent a great deal of time measuring uneven window openings in our condo so when it came to installation envying fitted perfectly. He also saved us money by suggesting using standard width of blinds so as not to go to custom orders. The installer was also very professional, clean and very friendly. Even after discovering small factory defect twice (by installer himself) in one of the Pirouette blinds Kingsway ordered new ones without question not charging us until the new product was installed to our satisfaction. On top of it, the price was very competitive and we even got $100 rebate by presenting a coupon after we signed off on the deal. All in all we were very pleased with the whole experience and enjoy our window coverings and will recommend Kingsway Carpet and Blinds to all our friends and acquaintances. ”

“Having spend every weekend this summer shoping with my wife for window and some floor coverings and going to all the "big guys" and getting nowhere because of either bad service,high prices,low quality,poor selection,staff that didn't know half of what they should to even work in this field,we passed by ..chance I should say by Kingsway carpets and blinds. What a shock! the place doesn't look like much from outside but once we stepped in we felt like our search was over. I never knew there were so many types of window coverings!, or so many types of flooring. But what really sold us was the sales approach of George and Maria. Their unhurried, no pressure consultation-is the word that comes to mind- was warm ,friendly and amazingly thorough and to the point.These guys know their product from A to Z. Their prices were comparable and in some cases lower than the "big guys",but the quality of some of their product lines left me speechless,if you want original ideas to truly transform your home-not just decorate it like everyone else- this is the place to go.The variety of blinds, shutters, silhouetes,and all other coverings was unbelievable, a truly unique shopping experience, I'll never go back to the big boxes where I was treated like a number.
